• Match Data: Wrestler names, scores, weight classes, match outcomes, and statistics you record.
• Video Content: Match recordings you create or upload through our Service.
• Team Information: Team names, roster data, and coach notes (for Team Pro subscribers).
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage Data: Features used, recording frequency, and general usage patterns to improve the app.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and error logs for troubleshooting purposes.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contacts or address book information
• Health or biometric data

Service Providers

Team Sharing

If you join a team or share matches with a Team Pro account, your match data (including wrestler names, scores, and videos) will be visible to team coaches and authorized team members. You control what you share.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

5 Data Storage & Security

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS/SSL encryption. Stored data is encrypted at rest.
• Secure Authentication: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We support OAuth authentication via Google and Apple.
• Access Controls: Only authorized personnel can access user data, and access is logged and monitored.
• Regular Audits: We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.

Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Videos: Match videos are retained according to your subscription tier's storage limits. Deleted videos are permanently removed within 30 days.

Data Location

Our servers are located in the United States. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

6 Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data we hold.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings.
• Deletion: Delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
• Export: Download your match data and videos from within the app.
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (transactional emails cannot be opted out).

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the Service) and legitimate interests (to improve our Service).

7 Children's Privacy

Wrestling Studio Pro may be used by coaches, parents, and athletes of various ages. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children.

• Account Creation: Users must be 13 years or older to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• Minors in Videos: Match recordings may include minor athletes. These videos are controlled by the account holder (typically a coach or parent).
• No Direct Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.
• Parental Rights: Parents can review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information by contacting us.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
